Brokerage
Development brokerage
is especially important in states experiencing considerable growth
such as Arizona. Phoenix Commercial Advisors addresses retail development
opportunities with brokers and agents that are skilled and experienced
in identifying development sites and/or representing tenants in
new development projects. We follow new housing activity closely
to forecast future development opportunities and identify specific
sites. We are well-schooled in what major retailers need to get
new development sites approved, and have the in-house capabilities
to put together the information they need to obtain the necessary
committee approvals.
Our retail relationships
are unequaled in the Phoenix brokerage community. These relationships
are key in the success of many of these developments. Most recently
we were awarded, two years running, the Opus Southwest Retail
Broker of the Year Award for our efforts at leasing Phase I
and Phase II of Chandler Pavilions, a power center at Interstate
10 and Ray Road.
