Gardiner | Principal | Designated Broker
Dan Gardiner, Designated Broker, co-founded Phoenix Commercial Advisors, Inc. in 1994, which then combined with Greg Laing and Arizona Retail Group in May 1996 to become Phoenix Commercial Advisors. Prior to Phoenix Commercial Advisors, Dan worked for CB Commercial Real Estate Group for 10 years (now CB Richard Ellis).
Dan has previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ChainLinks Retail Advisors, the largest retail real estate brokerage service network in the United States. He has over 25 years of retail real estate experience, represents regional and national retailers including Fresh & Easy, Sprouts, and TJX Companies, and has extensive experience leasing power and neighborhood centers.
Greg Laing | Principal
Greg Laing co-founded Phoenix Commercial Advisors in May 1996. Greg's 30 years of commercial real estate experience includes 11 years with CB Commercial Real Estate Group. He represents regional and national retailers including AMC Theatres, Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy Baby, Costco, Fresh & Easy, Kohl's, Staples and Dick's Sporting Goods with a strong track record of successfully leasing power centers throughout the State of Arizona.
Courtney Auther Van Loo | Associate Vice President
Courtney is an established commercial real estate agent specializing in tenant representation and the leasing and sales of retail assets. Tenants have included large box retailers, boutiques, restaurants, salons, and more. Courtney's market knowledge, work ethic, creativity and attention to detail have allowed her to flourish in providing her client's results. Courtney graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Business and Communications. She is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona.
Bloom | Associate Vice President
Teale Bloom, a Phoenix native, has been in the industry since 2000. She began her career with Grubb & Ellis for 5 years in the Newport Beach, CA office and joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in June 2005. Teale specializes in strategic retailer and restaurant rollouts throughout Arizona as well as creative infill development/assemblage and redevelopment. Her work includes representation of national retailers such as: Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, Chipotle, SmashBurger, HSBC, T-Mobile Corporate, Aspen Dental Retail Group, Chili's, Denny's and Sally Beauty. Torrey Briegel began his career with Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 1999. He specializes in both Tenant and Landlord representation throughout the state of Arizona. Torrey assists his tenant clients in formulating and executing their strategic market plans for expansion and relocation of new and existing stores. Nick DeDona | Sales Associate
Nick DeDona grew up here in the valley and is an Associate at Phoenix Commercial Advisor, specializing in retail leasing and landlord representation. Danny Gardiner | Associate Director
Danny Gardiner joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2008, working alongside Chad Tiedeman and Steven Underwood. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Communication. He specializes in retail investment sales including power centers, neighborhood shopping centers, strip centers, net lease property sales, and single-tenant sale leasebacks. He is able to bring insight, strategy and value to projects and is an integral part a retail investment sales team that has sold 89 properties in the last three years. Apart from business, Danny is very active in the community. He donates his time as a volunteer YoungLife leader where he builds relationships, leads and mentors high school students.
Michelle Gatti | Sales Associate
Focusing primarily on landlord representation in leasing commercial retail product, Michelle works with developers and shopping center landlords to identify and prioritize key tenants for their development projects and fully developed shopping centers. Michelle tenaciously markets these properties, actively seeking out suitable tenants and then managing and negotiating the deal process. Additionally, she works with tenants seeking out and identifying locations and retailer opportunities, negotiating deal points, municipal requirements, and feasibility issues.
Zachary Pace | Senior Vice President
Zach Pace started in the real estate industry with Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 1997 and has become an industry leader. Prior to joining PCA, he played professional soccer in Portugal and Arizona. He specializes in landlord leasing and new project development leasing, along with representing numerous national retailers and restaurants. Zach's focus is based on assisting retailers and developers in executing their growth strategies in Arizona. He has successfully assisted in the lease-up of numerous 2nd generation big box space as well as lead the leasing efforts to successfully lease power centers and grocery anchored centers throughout the Valley. John Schweikert | Associate Vice President | Associate Broker
John Schweikert joins Phoenix Commercial Advisors after leaving his most recent position as Vice President at Hannay Realty Advisors where he developed key relationships leading to the company's management of twelve million square feet of real estate. He brings his fifteen years of industry experience, which span a range of real estate disciplines, to the team. John has a BS in real estate from ASU and holds real estate broker's licenses in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Colorado.
Tiedeman | Senior Managing Director
Chad Tiedeman is a third generation Arizona native with over 12 years of experience focused exclusively on retail investment sales. Chad graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Economics. He joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in January 2005 specializing in retail investment sales including power centers, neighborhood shopping centers, net lease property sales, and single-tenant sale-leaseback strategies in Arizona and nationwide. Through his valuable reputation, superior service, and strong client relationships, Chad has established himself as a valuable resource and an overall market leader. In 2016, Chad sold 37 retail investment properties, over $270 Million in multi-tenant, power centers and single tenant nationwide. Umble | Associate Vice President
Lance Umble joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2000. He has extensive experience in leasing ground-up power center developments and existing infill redevelopments with some of the valley's leading developers including Westcor, Kitchell, The Pederson Group, Shea Properties, Opus West Corporation and Evergreen. In addition, Lance assists retailers and restaurants in executing their expansion needs throughout Metro Phoenix and the greater Tucson markets. Steven Underwood specializes in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers and net leased investments. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development and acquisitions. Steven started his career at CB Commercial Real Estate Group, specializing in retail leasing and retail property sales. Following his 10 year tenure at CB, Steven spent 15 years as a principal with Valenti Development Group where he was responsible for acquisitions, finance, development, construction and property management of over 200 restaurants and retail developments. Since joining PCA in 2009, Steven has sold over $226 Million in multi-tenant and single-tenant assets.
