Gardiner:
Arizona State University, 1980. Co-founded Phoenix Commercial Advisors,
Inc. in 1994, which combined with Arizona Retail Group to become
Phoenix Commercial Advisors in May, 1996. Designated Broker. Ten
years experience with CB Commercial Real Estate Group.
Until
May 2002, Dan served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ChainLinks
Retail Advisors, the largest retail real estate brokerage service
provider in the United States. He now serves on the Board of Directors.

power and neighborhood centers.
Jud
Briegel:
University of Kansas, 1967. Co-founded Phoenix Commercial Advisors,
Inc. in 1994. Seventeen years experience with CB Commercial Real
Estate Group. Top Retail producer at CB Commercial's Phoenix office
for six years. Since the late 1980's, Jud has spent the majority
of his time on retail investment sales, especially neighborhood
and community shopping center sales.

Laing:
Northern Arizona University, 1980. Co-founded Phoenix Commercial
Advisors in May, 1996. Eleven years total with CB Commercial Real
Estate Group plus seven years other real estate experience. Top
20 nationwide retail producer 1993 through 1995 at CB Commercial.
Greg represents numerous regional and national retailers, and leases

Regan Amato:
University of Arizona, 2005. Bachelor of Science in Regional Development with a minor in General Business. Regan joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in February, 2006 with two years of experience in the retail brokerage industry under his belt. His first two years with PCA focused on the site selection and deal negotiations involved with the roll-out of Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets (Tesco) and their initial 50+ locations throughout the Phoenix Metro area. Along with the valuable networking and market knowledge that Regan gained during that period of his career, he also learned the internal real estate demands of a major retailer in an aggressive expansion program and what it takes to service a client of that magnitude. Regan currently specializes in Tenant representation and the leasing/marketing of grocery anchored and power centers throughout Arizona.
Torrey
Briegel:
University of Arizona, 2000. Bachelor of Science in Finance. Torrey joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in June of 2000. He initially assisted in the research and subsequent retail roll-out for retail giant Kohl's Department Store, developing a valuable understanding of the Metropolitan Phoenix landscape. Presently, Torrey is specializing in Landlord leasing and Tenant representation.
Tyler
Chester: University of Arizona
1999, Bachelor of Arts. Worked in Hollywood, California before joining
Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2003. Specializes in Landlord and
Tenant Representation.
Tim Gunnink: University of Arizona, 2000. Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Composition. Joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2004 from DeRito Partners, a retail brokerage and development firm. Tim has extensive experience leasing ground-up and existing retail projects as well as strategic site selection for regional and national retailers throughout Arizona. He served on the 2004 ICSC Southwest Idea Exchange Planning committee as Chair of the Dealmaking Session. Tim is a CCIM candidate and a member of ULI and ICSC.
Teale
Hotchkiss:
California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California
1998. Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science. Although
a native of Phoenix, Teale spent the last five years with the Grubb
& Ellis Newport Beach Retail Group. Teale spends the majority
of her time on the listing side of neighborhood and power centers,
including mixed use development projects.
David Merisko: Arizona State University, 2005. Double Bachelor of Science, Real Estate & Finance. Joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in March 2007 from Retail Brokers, Inc.
Zachary Pace:
Lander University, South Carolina, 1993. Bachelor of Science in
Marketing & Management. Played professional soccer for three
years prior to joining Phoenix Commercial Advisors in October, 1997.
Zach has closed over 85 deals per year since 1999.

Switzenberg: McNeese
State University, 1999. Bachelor of Liberal Arts, History. Joined
Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2004 from the D.L. Slaughter Company.
Tyson specializes in landlord representation and land acquisitions.
Chad
Tiedeman: Arizona State University, Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Economics and Psychology. Chad focuses on retail investment sales, including neighborhood shopping centers, net leased property sales, and single tenant sale-leaseback strategies. Chad serves on the Programs Committee of the Urban Land Institutes’ Young Leader Group and is active in CCIM and ICSC.
