Dan Gardiner | Principal
Dan Gardiner, Designated Broker, co-founded Phoenix Commercial Advisors, Inc. in 1994, which then combined with Greg Laing and Arizona Retail Group in May 1996 to become Phoenix Commercial Advisors. Prior to Phoenix Commercial Advisors, Dan worked for CB Commercial Real Estate Group for 10 years (now CB Richard Ellis).

Dan has previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ChainLinks Retail Advisors, the largest retail real estate brokerage service network in the United States. Greg Laing | Principal
Greg Laing co-founded Phoenix Commercial Advisors in May 1996. Greg´s 30 years of commercial real estate experience includes 11 years with CB Commercial Real Estate Group. He represents regional and national retailers including AMC Theatres, Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy Baby, Costco, Fresh & Easy, Kohl´s, Staples and Dick´s Sporting Goods with a strong track record of successfully leasing power centers throughout the State of Arizona.

Jud Briegel | Principal
Jud Briegel co-founded Phoenix Commercial Advisors, Inc. in 1994. Jud was previously with CB Commercial Real Estate Group for 17 years. He held the title of Top Retail Producer at CB Commercial´s Phoenix office for 6 years. Since the late 1980´s, Jud has spent the majority of his time on retail investment sales, focusing on neighborhood and community shopping center sales.

Regan Amato | Senior Associate
Regan Amato joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in February of 2006 after two years with Commercial Retail Advisors in Tucson, AZ. His first major role with PCA involved the site selection and deal negotiations involved with the roll-out of a 14,000 sf international grocer and their initial ±25 locations throughout the Phoenix metro area. Since that time, he has helped formulate and implement sound market strategies for a number of national retailers and developers alike. Regan currently specializes in the retail sector focusing on pad sales, tenant/buyer representation and the marketing/leasing/sales of grocery-anchored & power centers throughout Arizona.

Torrey Briegel | Associate Vice President
Torrey Briegel began his career with Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 1999. He specializes in both Tenant and Landlord representation throughout the state of Arizona. Torrey assists his tenant clients in formulating and executing their strategic market plans for expansion and relocation of new and existing stores. In addition, he has a vast understanding of Landlord leasing objectives through his work with some of the valley´s leading developers including Westcor, RED Development, Vestar, The Pederson Group, Glimcher, Sunbelt Holdings and Kitchell. Torrey is also working to assist lenders and special servicers with their increasing requirements on REO properties in Arizona.

Tyler Chester | Senior Associate
Tyler Chester is a Phoenix native and joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2003. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation throughout Arizona. He has represented both regional and national tenants and has helped roll out several tenants looking to expand or start off in the Arizona market. He leases ground-up development and existing retail properties ranging from 4,000 square foot pad deals to 800,000 square foot plus regional centers.

Teale Bloom | Senior Associate
Teale Bloom, a Phoenix native, has been in the industry since 2000. She began her career with Grubb & Ellis for 5 years in the Newport Beach, CA office and joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in June 2005. Teale specializes in strategic retailer and restaurant rollouts throughout Arizona as well as creative infill development/assemblage and redevelopment. Her work includes representation of national retailers such as: Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, Chipotle, SmashBurger, HSBC, T-Mobile Corporate, Aspen Dental Retail Group, Chili's, Denny's and Sally Beauty. Teale also has experience representing developers on ground-up and infill repositioned centers. Danny Gardiner | Investment Associate
Danny Gardiner joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors full time in 2012 working alongside Chad Tiedeman and Steven Underwood. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Communication. He specializes in retail investment sales including power centers, neighborhood shopping centers, strip centers, net lease property sales, and single-tenant sale leasebacks. He is able to bring insight, strategy and value into projects and is now an integral part of the retail investment sales team with annual volume of over $100 Million. Apart from business, Danny is very active in the community, donating his time as a volunteer Young Life leader where he spends time building relationships, leading and mentoring high school students. He has also spent time volunteering at Young Life summer camps around the country, serving students in multiple capacities.

Taylor Laing | Sales Associate
Taylor Laing, a Phoenix native, has been working at Phoenix Commercial Advisors in areas of market research analysis in Phoenix, Tucson and Northern Arizona and tracking tenant/landlord movement. Recently, Taylor has been working with Chuck Wells focusing on the restaurant industry in the selection and/or disposition of commercial real estate property. She is currently attending Arizona State University and is expected to graduate the winter of 2013. Prior to attending ASU, she spent time at University of Arizona dancing on the Pomline and collaborating on pregame and halftime performances with the Pride of Arizona Marching Band for football and basketball games. During her stay in Tucson, she has acquired useful knowledge and valuable insight into the Tucson Metropolitan area. Following her graduation, she plans on joining the company full time and furthering her career in the commercial real estate industry.

Zachary Pace | Senior Vice President
Zach Pace started in the real estate industry with Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 1997 and has become an industry leader. Prior to joining PCA, he played professional soccer in Portugal and Arizona. He specializes in landlord leasing and new project development leasing, along with representing numerous national retailers and restaurants. Zach's focus is based on assisting retailers and developers in executing their growth strategies in Arizona. He has successfully assisted in the lease-up of numerous 2nd generation big box space as well as lead the leasing efforts to successfully lease power centers and grocery anchored centers throughout the Valley. Greg Saltz | Senior Associate
Greg Saltz joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2013 as a senior associate specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining Phoenix Commercial Advisors, Greg spent over 5 years at De Rito Partners, Inc. Greg has established himself as one of the leading tenant representation brokers in the Phoenix market. Chad Tiedeman | Senior Investment Advisor
Chad Tiedeman is a third generation Arizona native with over 9 years of experience focused exclusively on retail investment sales. Chad graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Economics. He joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in January 2005 specializing in retail investment sales including power centers, neighborhood shopping centers, net lease property sales, single-tenant sale-leaseback strategies and distressed asset dispositions. Through his valuable reputation, superior service, and strong client relationships, Chad has established himself as a valuable resource and overall market leader. Lance Umble | Associate Vice President
Lance Umble joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2000. He has extensive experience in leasing ground-up power center developments and existing infill redevelopments with some of the valley's leading developers including Westcor, Kitchell, The Pederson Group, Shea Properties, Opus West Corporation and Evergreen. Steven started his career at CB Commercial Real Estate Group, specializing in retail leasing and retail property sales. Following his 10 year tenure at CB, Steven spent 15 years as a principal with Valenti Development Group where he was responsible for acquisitions, finance, development, construction and property management of 200+ restaurants and retail developments.
