Dan
Gardiner | Principal
Dan Gardiner, Designated Broker, co-founded Phoenix Commercial Advisors, Inc. in 1994, which then combined with Greg Laing and Arizona Retail Group in May 1996 to become Phoenix Commercial Advisors. Prior to Phoenix Commercial Advisors, Dan worked for CB Commercial Real Estate Group for 10 years (now CB Richard Ellis).
Dan has previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ChainLinks Retail Advisors, the largest retail real estate brokerage service network in the United States. He now serves on the Board of Directors. He has over 25 years of retail real estate experience, represents regional and national retailers including Fresh & Easy, Sprouts, and TJX Companies, and has extensive experience leasing power and neighborhood centers.

Laing | Principal
Greg Laing co-founded Phoenix Commercial Advisors in May 1996. Greg’s 31 years of commercial real estate experience includes 11 years with CB Commercial Real Estate Group. He represents regional and national retailers including AMC Theatres, Bed Bath & Beyond, Fresh & Easy, Kohl’s, Staples and Sports Chalet with a strong track record of successfully leasing power centers throughout the State of Arizona.
Jud
Briegel | Principal
Jud Briegel co-founded Phoenix Commercial Advisors, Inc. in 1994. Jud was previously with CB Commercial Real Estate Group for 17 years (now CB Richard Ellis). He held the title of Top Retail Producer at CB Commercial’s Phoenix office for 6 years. Since the late 1980’s, Jud has spent the majority of his time on retail investment sales, focusing on neighborhood and community shopping center sales.
Regan Amato | Associate
Regan Amato joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in February 2006 with 2 years of experience in the retail brokerage industry. His first 2 years with PCA focused on the site selection and deal negotiations involved with the roll out of Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets (Tesco) and their initial 50+ locations throughout the Phoenix metro area. Regan currently specializes in tenant representation and the leasing/marketing of grocery-anchored and power centers throughout Arizona.
Torrey
Briegel | Associate Vice President
Torrey Briegel joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2000. He has extensive experience in leasing ground-up power center developments with some of the valley’s leading developers including Westcor, Vestar, The Pederson Group, and Kitchell. In addition, Torrey assists retailers and restaurants in executing their expansion strategies for the greater Phoenix marketplace.
Tyler
Chester | Senior Associate
Tyler Chester is a Phoenix native and joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2003. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation throughout Arizona. He has represented both regional and national tenants and has helped roll out several tenants looking to expand or start off in the Arizona market. He leases ground-up development and existing retail properties ranging from 4,000 square foot pad deals to 800,000 square foot plus regional centers.
Teale
Hotchkiss | Senior Associate
Teale Hotchkiss, a Phoenix native, was formerly with Grubb & Ellis for 5 years in the Newport Beach, CA office. She has been with Phoenix Commercial Advisors since June 2005, specializing in strategic retailer and restaurant rollouts throughout Arizona as well as creative infill development/assemblage and redevelopment. Her work includes representation of national retailers such as: Victoria’s Secret, Bath and Body Works, Chipotle, SmashBurger, HSBC, T-Mobile Corporate, Aspen Dental Retail Group and Starbucks. Teale also has experience representing developers on ground-up and infill repositioned centers. Her client list has included Kitchell, Hansji Urban, Westwood Financial, Pacific Castle and DMB Communities.
David Merisko | Associate
David Merisko joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2007 and specializes in ground-up shopping center leasing and tenant representation throughout Arizona. Through a strategic, hands-on approach, he is a valuable asset in increasing occupancy and repositioning the tenant mix in existing retail. His focus is on assisting retailers and developers in executing their growth strategies throughout the state.
Zachary Pace | Senior Vice President
Zach Pace started in the real estate industry with Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 1997 and has become an industry leader. Prior to joining PCA, he played professional soccer in Portugal and Arizona. He specializes in landlord leasing and new project development leasing, along with representing numerous national retailers and restaurants. Zach’s focus is based on assisting retailers and developers in executing their growth strategies in Arizona.

Tiedeman | Senior Associate
Chad Tiedeman is an Arizona native with over 7 years of real estate experience in the Arizona market. He joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in January 2005 specializing in retail investment sales including neighborhood shopping centers, net lease property sales, single-tenant sale-leaseback strategies and distressed asset dispositions. Umble | Associate Vice President
Lance Umble joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2000. He has extensive experience in leasing ground-up power center developments and existing infill redevelopments with some of the valley’s leading developers including Westcor, Kitchell, The Pederson Group, Shea Properties and Opus West Corporation. In addition, Lance assists retailers and restaurants in executing their expansion needs throughout Metro Phoenix and the greater Tucson markets. His work includes tenant representation of national retailers such as Starbucks, Chili’s, Rack Room Shoes and Quizno’s as well as several other notable regional and local retailers.
Steven Underwood | Senior Associate
Steven Underwood specializes in the sale of net leased investments, retail shopping centers, and repositioning of distressed assets. He has over 23 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development and acquisitions. Steven started his career at CB Commercial Real Estate Group, specializing in retail leasing and retail property sales. Following his eight year tenure at CB, Steven spent the last fifteen years as a principal with Valenti Development Group where he was responsible for acquisitions, finance, development, construction and property management of two hundred plus restaurants and retail developments.

Cameron Warren joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2005 and specializes in Landlord and Tenant Representation. Cameron’s focus on Landlord representation remains on stabilizing positive occupancy levels for power and grocery-anchored centers by aggressive marketing and cold calling. Notable landlords that he represents are: Vestar Development, The Pederson Group, Opus West Corporation, Kitchell, and DMB.

Wells | Associate Vice President
Chuck Wells has been actively marketing retail space and representing tenants in the Metro Phoenix marketplace since 1987, joining Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2000. His primary focus over the past several years has been representing the hospitality and restaurant industries in the selection and/or disposition of commercial real estate. Current and past hotel clients include Hilton Hotels, Choice Hotels and Intercontinental Hotels. Restaurant clients include Ruby Tuesday, Buffalo Wild Wings, Oregano’s Pizza Bistro, SmashBurger, Texas Roadhouse, Chipotle, Fuddruckers, Tilted Kilt Pub and Chompie’s Deli, to name a few.
